Bleeding at 7 weeks?

I’m 7 weeks and two days pregnant, i’ve been spotting for the past three days but today it’s gotten harder. Is this a miscarriage? I have two other children and this has never happened.

UPDATE: I scheduled an appointment with my OBGYN for Thursday but this just came out, should I go to Urgent Care?
