I had covid stress hair loss last April (about when we were realizing that this was a long haul thing). I used honeydew biotin shampoo (search on Amazon) once every third day, and didn’t brush my hair at all. I barely even scrubbed my scalp because hair would come out in clumps. My doctor also prescribed prenatal vitamins for the extra hair support. 
And then I got pregnant the second we started trying (we had planned to start trying may 2020 years ago) assuming it would take several months like all my family members, and my hair loss stopped completely.
