Will I need another shot ????

I’m resus negative so I just got my first anti-d injection on Thursday at my 30weeks appointment! Tonight my son threw his plastic dinosaur into the air and it flew down and hit me on the stomach, it’s quite a big dinosaur maybe like 90cm long and a bit heavy my 2year old struggles a we bit to carry it about.. it hurt a bit but it’s okay now and baby still moving! Not to sure if I should be worried or not? As I do hear you need a shot if you bump your stomach but I’m not to sure if I would consider that a bump that would need another shot?
