Should I be concerned?

I'm between 4-5 weeks. My RE is monitoring me currently on a weekly basis. Last night we went to the ER because I had some heavier spotting. Not period flow but more than spotting. It was a darker pink. My hcg last Thursday was 2,620 and last night it was 4,557. It is rising but not what I was so much expecting. Nothing was shown about the "spotting" and my ultrasound showed the gestational sac still. But attached are two tests... I guess I'm looking too much into this?

Hi Kristen. I had this happen with this pregnancy. I kept testing too far into it and the hook effect took over. I’m 9w1d with a healthy baby! So don’t worry! If you dilute your urine the control will fade again. Also all tests have different amounts of dye. I would use two from the same box and have slightly different shades of faint control lines in the beginning if that makes sense.

You should have stopped testing after your first positive because the rest are irrelevant.  
Spotting can be very normal and nothing be wrong. Your body is growing and stretching. So it is typically advised to not go to the er unless you have a flow and of course your obgyn is closed. 
Your betas are rising so that is still good.
