Would it sound insane

If I called my doctor to see me sooner for an ultrasound? I'm pregnant with.my second, but I have been under a ton of stress lately and my anxiety is going onto over drive thinking that all the stress is going to harm my baby or cause me to miscarry.

It won't go away. Even with my first, I didn't feel this way. I'm only.6 weeks. I'm afraid if I do go earlier, it would make me look like a dork considering I didn't have any problems with my first and no history of miscarriage. I was a bit less stressed then though.

They say don't fight your instincts, but is it instinct or just anxiety?
