passing gas after csection

hey girlies ! i had my baby yesterday at 12:29 pm and i haven’t ate in 2 days due to being induced. my nurse said i have to pass gas in order for my diet schedule to change. to all my csection mommies, can you guys please tell me how to pass gas to i can eat. thank you guys.

ps look at my sweet double rainbow, st. patties days. she is honestly this sweetest thing i’ve seen. she’s a beauty.
