7 weeks pregnant no sore breasts negative tests

Basically this is my third pregnancy. I’m 21. I don’t have any kids. I’ve had one abortion and two miscarriages in the past.

With my miscarriages, I knew immediately because I was bleeding heavy and had painful cramps. I get regular periods each month, they’ve gotten so regular that they’ve been coming for the same day each month. My last period day was February 6th, I haven’t had any of my normal PMS symptoms. I haven’t had a period or any spotting up to this date. My uterus and stomach is hard, and although I’m a curvier/larger woman my gut is always soft and not as bloated as it has been lately. I took 5 pregnancy tests over the course of 2 days. 1 showed positive but the last 4 were negative. I have twinges and bad cramping but I still haven’t had ANY PERIOD! My stomach and uterus keeps getting harder by the day. Is it a possibility that I’m pregnant? What should I do? I want to go for a blood test but my appointment isn’t for the next 2 weeks.
