External hemerrhoids?

I’m embarrassed posting under my name even though I know lots of mamas struggle with this. I am soo over the hemorrhoids￼, mine protrude and hang out and just make me so self conscious. Especially when it comes to sex with my husband. I’m always worried he’s gonna see it and get grossed out etc. is the only way to fix this surgery? Jesus.

I just got them from my c section! So awful. Something that helped mine was the witch hazel pads, prep h, and lavender Epsom salt baths with aloe.

I wish I knew how common this was before pregnancy. Mine got so much worse after my recent birth (2 weeks postpartum). I’m hoping they’ll improve. 😭

Same same ... but I’ve heard the surgery can cause more complications then good... it’s only cosmetic unless you suffer due to them. 
I brought it up to my husband and he said he really didn’t care, and didn’t want me to have an unnecessary surgery. 
Though he is incredibly supportive through everything.

I was just telling my fiancé the other day that all I want for my birthday is my hemorrhoids removed😂 My doctor recommended Preparation H cream & Tucks pads but those only helped so much, I personally will have to go the surgery route to get rid of mine. I’ve heard some women have success with “pushing them back in” but that also didn’t work for me lol
