Mastitis...again

I feel like I can’t catch a break. I had it a couple of months ago and now it’s back. I know this can happen but I’m just almost at the brink of quitting bf and pumping all together. Except I feel guilty. Guilty because baby girl is allergic to dairy and soy and I don’t wanna be spending an ass load on expensive formula. I feel like my pump is what caused it but I don’t know if it means I need a smaller flange? Cause I have the biggest one. Plus I’m worried that baby girl will get thrush with me now needing an antibiotic which will be our second round of that too 🥺
