Teething question??

I just noticed today that my almost 6 month old has two teeth coming in! 🙉 He hasn’t been acting fussier than normal or any other teething symptoms except chewing on things a lot, which he’s been doing that for months now, and a decreased appetite which that also didn’t make me suspect anything because of medication he’s on that can affect that. I thought for sure he’d be fussy and not sleeping well like so many of the posts I’ve seen. So my question is since they’ve already erupted through the gums are we in the clear pain wise or would it be starting now? Ftm so this is all new to me.
