Switching Medicaid

I live in a Texas and pregnant so I have Texas Medicaid. My boyfriend got a job all the way in Maryland so I was wondering if I would be able to switch my Medicaid to Maryland while we are up there? I thought about traveling back and forth to my appointments here in Texas if I have to (I’m considered high risk so I have a lot of appointments) I don’t know how easy it would be to switch for the time being or what I even need to do to switch
