Hcg levels, how many weeks.

So I still have about 2 days until I’m 5weeks pregnant. And my hcg level is 1,789 she said about 4-5weeks. But when I googled it my numbers were in the 5week mark already.

My last period was 2/14/2021

And if you go by that I would be 4weeks 5 days pregnant today.

Could I have conceived earlier ? I’m so so confused have not had my first ultrasound done yet
