UK Mums!

Alright I’m just over here nerding out over the British Library 😅

As an English Literature grad student, I’m very tempted to add a visit to the UK on my dream list! Has anyone been there and seen the original manuscripts and texts?? Is it worth the trip for an American? Do they really display original English works and historical documents for people to view?!

I’m currently studying works of Chaucer, Pearl Poet, Jane Austen, etc... and I didn’t realize the British Library website I’ve been using to source original publication dates is a real library with these items on display!
