Should i listen to her?!!

So the other day i was with my friend and she was talking about people my age and how our style is very slutty. I simply disagreed with her because i believe that if you are comfortable in what you are wearing it doesn’t matter what other people think. And then she continued and said that i dress like a slut and that her mother says i do too. I highly disagree with her.? I wear clothes that are comfortable to me which is mostly a crop top and leggings and usually unless its really hot out i always wear a hoodie or cardigan if i wear a crop top. I was highly offended by this. Do you think this is slutty? Should i change how i dress or simply ignore her?
