How often do you wear your wedding/engagement ring?

I wear my wedding band all the time, unless I’m preparing dinner, doing dishes, or showering. I only wear my engagement ring when we got out because it sticks out a little and it scratches my son when I pick him up and I’m scared if I wear it all the time, the diamonds will loosen and fall out

I take it off only if I am gardening, kneed I g dough, or doing something that will get it dirty.

I said never because I don’t wear my wedding set but I do wear a silicone ring 24/7. I work in security/EMS/around salt water and my wedding band was my great-grandmother’s, so I don’t want to risk damaging or losing a family heirloom.
