Wash or no wash?

Ok ladies clear something up for me to we use coochie wash or not? I hear some say its a no no and some say use it at least once a week and some say 1 brand is better than another so what is the truth?

I use a vaginal soap on my lips/clit. Just water doesn’t get the build up that occurs off. At least not for me

My doctor said to use warm water and that's it. Soap and all those fancy products can often irritate and cause more issues than anything.
I'd suggest you ask your own doctor. They would know better than random people on the internet.

No. Your vagina is self cleaning. Idk why all these people are saying water, because your vagina is SELF CLEANING. You do not need to shove anything, including water, up there. Water has a different pH then your vagina and will through off your pH balance which increases your risk of infection. Clean your vulva with water, do not clean your vagina

Dove soap and a warm wash cloth. Clean the outside ONLY. Never get soap inside your vagina.

No! I use a little dove sensitive soap and warm water on the outer part of my vulva. Nothing goes inside. Then I just rinse with some water again. Anything more messed with ph and any doctor says shit like summers eve etc are not needed.
