Boyfriend completely ignores me around friends

I recently started seeing this guy. In our private lives when we are alone he’s the sweetest, we get along SO well. But when we go out he’s a different person especially around his friends. For example he invited me out tonight but has completely ignored me the entire time. Like, completely ignored me, walked away with his friends and left me standing at a bar alone. Got all his friends drinks except me, and didn’t have the decency to even wait for me or tell me where they would be. I actually decided to leave because I was extremely hurt. One of his/Our friends even said that he wouldn’t care if I left when I mentioned that I was worried about hurting his feelings if I left. It’s not even that I want all his attention or anything, I just want to at least have him include me in the conversation, stand next me, etc. he doesn’t need to hold me or my hand or anything. I’m picking them all up later tonight and I’m going to talk to him about this (this has been a conversation we’ve had twice already tho). What do y’all think? This relationship is still new and I’m tired of half assed relationship and being played.
