Wait to BD until positive OPK?

Hi everyone, does anyone wait until they get a positive result on an opk to BD? My husband doesn't have the highest sex drive any more 😕

Answer

It’s best to have sex during your fertile window so a few days before and continuing through to a few days after to best catch the egg. You only have something like a 30% chance to catch the egg each month so no harm in making sure there is swimmers in there waiting. ☺️
