Feeding issues

To start off I know my son has reflux, and because of that is why I am debating this. I am also a ftm. We stop to burp every 2 oz just about every feeding he then cries because he wants more but we continue to burp. Once burped he will no longer eat anymore. He will latch on take a pull then start crying and I know he is still hungry, but he won't eat again for about another hour then he will be so upset that we struggle to get him to eat.

Today for one bottle I just let him eat all 4 oz without burping until he was done with the bottle. He then slept for 3 hours and then ate again. That next bottle I stopped at 2 oz burped him then he refused to eat any more for 30 mins he then ate another 4.5 oz this time I let him continue until he was done.

Even though he had reflux should I keep on letting him feed to full before burping him? He hasn't spit uppre than he would if I stopped at 2 oz and he feeds 5 oz. He is 3 months old on Friday and I am also calling his pediatrician about his acid reflux medication increase which happens at 3 months. Any moms can offer there thoughts to this ftm?
