I am going to try this im actually very excited to try this. 😊

My periods are currently badly irregular I never actually noticed until now 😥

I use to be on the jab for contraception (DEPO) I was on it for roughly 4 1/2 years.

My body has never felt "Normal" since I've been on this..

Its taken a few days for me to actually sit here and just think about my body and whats happend over the years..

Every single month of trying i have been so emotional about getting my AF.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?
