Possible Early Pregnancy Symptoms

So today after 3 days of having unprotected de during my fertile window, I woke up out of my sleep from mild cramps in the middle of my lower stomach. My period isn’t due until 3 weeks time. It almost feels like a slight firey sensation.

The only thing that it could be is a side effect from the morning after pill that I took a month ago but surely that would be out of my system by now?

I wanted to do an ab workout and wear my waist trainer but I may have to stop for now just to be on the safe side 🥺
