Just some advice..

So I had irregular periods pre implant following birth of 1st child. Having that removed a few month ago, periods have been pretty regular of around 30 days. I ovulated around 12 days ago. Yesterday I had cramping. Thought it was period but it came in waves in the afternoon and wasn't as intense if that makes sense? Anyways I've woken up this morning no cramps but boobs are so sore and I'm just not feeling myself Normally I don't cramp until I've started af. For those that get cramps pre af, is this how they normally come, like on and off?
