Ultrasound after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage in September & am now 7 weeks pregnant. I had my first ultrasound at 6w1d (baby measured 5w5d but they said everything looked great & 2 days difference is normal) we heard & saw the heartbeat at 114. I asked my drs office when I can have another ultrasound and they said at 11 weeks... I’m so upset because I feel like I need another one before then due to my previous miscarriage. I love my drs office & they are so great so I don’t want to sound like a psycho to them over this. Is it worth it to go to a private place to pay for one while I’m waiting for my 11w ultrasound at the dr?
