Early positive? Multiples?

Question

I got my BFP on DPO 10 which put me at 3 weeks and 1 day. I keep reading online that it is super early to get a positive? But I’ve also read of fellow TTC gals getting positives on DPO 7 or 8. Then I read that an early positive could mean multiples? (I clearly can’t stop reading into things)
I guess I’m just wondering how often early positives result in multiples and does mine even count as an early positive?

Positive at 8DPO. Only one baby!

Nope I had a strong positive at 10dpo & it is only one baby. 😭😭 I wish it was twins

I've had BFPs at 10dpo both pregnancies and both were singles.

No.  My 2nd was 7dpo, third 9dpo, fourth 7dpo... all singletons.  I think I implant early because I have a short LP.  My hcg tends to skyrocket fast early on too
