Safe?

Has anyone drank these while pregnant? I feel it could help me more! I just struggle to drink 8-10 full glasses a day.

I drink them and love them. I get the lemon lime and the immune boost tangerine. They are pregnancy safe! And help a ton!

I wouldn’t worry too much about electrolyte powders being unsafe. 
You may want to double check added sugar content. 
But I drink at least one heavily diluted Gatorade a day to try to increase my hydration while pregnant. If the can tells me half a scoop for 24oz I do like a quarter of a scoop (I don’t remember if that’s exactly what it is. I always have to look even though I make it daily).

I would drink ice water from a glass with a straw, it was really easy for me to drink a half gallon at work, sometimes more. 
You may not need that much fluid though, you are getting water from what you eat and whatever else you drink

I drink it when I’m throwing up a lot but it does NOT taste good imo.  It’s salty, has TONS of sugar, and a little slimy (like aloe Vera juice).  I do it for the electrolyte benefits, not to increase my fluid intake
