Any same stories ?

So I went today to my prenatal appt, I’m 37 weeks 4 days. I told them I had yesterday contractions evrry 15-20 minutes then they stopped. The midwife told me to go to the ER to have an stress test and a biophysical exam. I got there I was with contractions but I was not feeling them. I have an scheduled c section for 4/2. But The midwife told me that because I had a c section 3 years ago I cannot have uterine contractions due to risk of uterine rupture. When I got to er they gave 2 shots to stop the contractions and sent me Home. Anyone else the same ?? Baby is measuring big and already 8.5 lbs so I don’t know why they didn’t do a c section
