Labels—outdated or is he a commitment phobe?

I’ve been dating someone exclusively for almost 3 months, we talk every day and I spend every weekend at his place. He hasn’t called me his girlfriend...he has said “partner” (a couple times) and “my lady” (once) but when he introduced me to someone he just told them my name... He talks about the future and giving me a key to his place etc. so I’m not sure what the deal is but it bothers me. Advice??

If he wanted to, he would. 
This isn’t exclusivity. He also may just move slower than most. Isn’t always a bad sign. 
However, I have heard that men will know within a few months whether or not they want to marry a woman. Maybe it’s just not meant to be in that way.
