Pregnancy news

Hi ladies, I’m currently just over 13 weeks pregnant and my fiancé and I have started to tell our family members. His side of the family are so happy and really supportive. Unfortunately my side have taken the news badly. My father and step mother are happy for me, but my mother, grandparents and sister aren’t taking it well. They were very shocked. Saying it shouldn’t be me that’s pregnant (my sister has been trying for years with no luck) and it’s a shame it’s not her. Saying I should get married first as it’s out of wedlock. I’m 24 so it’s not like I’m at a silly age. I’m so happy and I kept saying that. It just wasn’t good enough, telling me they didn’t know what to say. Their faces just dropped. I’m so sad about this. I just wish my family were like his. I’ve had to do a family member per day as I get so upset by the reaction I’m crying for the rest of the day. Sorry for the rant :( just don’t know what to do or where to turn
