5 weeks pregnant!

Just found out I’m pregnant totally unexpected and not planned! and I had a thyroidectomy due to cancer almost a year ago. I thought it would be a lot more difficult to get pregnant considering everything I’ve gone through the last year and that he always pulls out and I’m very good At tracking my cycles and ovulation. Has anyone had successful pregnancies after thyroidectomy? I’m 26 and this is my first pregnancy post removal. Thank you!
