Does anyone’s toddler shake their head side to side?

My dtr is almost 18 months and randomly shakes her head side to side briefly. Not sure if this is normal toddler behavior or something to be concerned about. She’s developing well and is very social/playful.

Only when saying no or being silly.

Mine only does this when saying No or when she has an ear infection. She’s 17 months old.

Totally normal. Sometimes it’s a dance, sometimes it’s a shiver, sometimes it’s a late response to something I said, sometimes it’s just being silly. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. :)

I noticed that my baby will do this when he was sleep a couple weeks ago. Turns out he had an ear infection
