Does anyone’s toddler shake their head side to side?

My dtr is almost 18 months and randomly shakes her head side to side briefly. Not sure if this is normal toddler behavior or something to be concerned about. She’s developing well and is very social/playful.

Only when saying no or being silly.

Mine only does this when saying No or when she has an ear infection. She’s 17 months old.

Totally normal. Sometimes it’s a dance, sometimes it’s a shiver, sometimes it’s a late response to something I said, sometimes it’s just being silly. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. :)

She does do that sometimes but then sometimes she even bangs her head on floor or try standing on her head. Toddlers explore and they will do silly things all the time haha
