Early ultrasound..worried

So I’ve posted this once before awhile back, but I can’t stop thinking about it. So here’s a bit more of a back story..

I had an iud removed, bled for a few days and then was back to normal. I took a pregnancy test at the end of that month that came up positive.

I just saw my doctor a week ago and he said most likely that bleeding I had after the removal would’ve triggered ovulation, making me 7 weeks the day I seen him.

But if he is correct in me being 7 weeks, that means this ultrasound would’ve been when I was 5 weeks 4 days and I see nothing in there... my HCG was 9260 that day which did triple form my last check. But I’ve read all over google you should Atleast see a yolk sac by that time so I’m really worried. I’m not able to have another ultrasound for awhile since everything is backed up from covid..

Had anybody else had a similar ultrasound around that time?
