Baby measuring smaller!?

After my anatomy scan, my doctor called me back within the hour to talk about everything! WELL, she said my cervix length-good. Not covered-good. Her Heart- good. She said, “so the only thing is she’s measuring smaller”. And when I asked her like, “so basically, everything is good? Besides her measuring small?” She said, “yes! Exactly. I just want to get you in for a rescan, it might be the photos I’m looking at or maybe a growth restriction”

She never said HOW much smaller she is measuring? But she also didn’t seem “too concerned” !? Now, she was being stubborn to see as she always is for ultrasounds... but is this something I should worry about!? I’m going nuts over here worrying like crazy. Even cried! 😔 I just want a healthy baby. I’ve googled about growth restriction, some good and relieving, others on the bad side and scary. I’m still waiting on a call back tomorrow to talk more about what’s going on. 😭

I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant. (23+3 to be technical). And my belly isn’t big big. Now that she has said she is measuring smaller, all I keep doing is looking at my stomach and thinking I’m too small!! 😫 being pregnant with your first child is definitely nerve wracking. Please comment some help and advice!
