Wanting a baby

Has anyone had complicated pregnancies and had a baby with a genetic condition and still want another baby? I started having children on my early 30s and had two miscarriages then my son. I got pregnant with my daughter shortly after and she had a heart issue and turners. I am almost 34 and I was told at like 35 your more at risk for death of the baby and genetic issues. I would really like one more though to complete my family but I don’t know if another pregnancy will happen for me. Any advice?
