Yeast/BV infection

I have battled reoccurring BV & now I think I have it with a yeast infection. I am 24 weeks pregnant and the discharge is ridiculous, way too much... anyway, we had sex the other night and it was extremely painful and uncomfortable. Tonight after I took a bath I took a picture down there just to see what was going on, and my vaginal opening seems to be swollen, I can’t even see the hole. & it was covered in yeast. I’m sorry for the TMI but I can’t see my dr till Tuesday. Is this going to cause damage to my baby? Like is the swelling any more serious than the fact I have an infection needing taken care of? The swelling has me scared. 😞😞
