Wanting to try and conceive..
I have been wanting to try and conceive baby #2 but I can't... I have Chronic Kidney Disease and my last exam is my Echocardiogram to see whether or not I will be approved to be on the waiting list to receive a Kidney Transplant. 😭 I don't know how long that will take! This is killing me.
