How much are your Nov 2018 kids talking

My son is very chatty... in his own language. He mumbles words to songs and says a good number of words as a toddler would his age.

He just started saying 3 two word phrases “clean up” “baby duck” and “help me” 🤦🏽‍♀️ my own fault for teaching him to say that instead of screaming so I look like I’m kidnapping him whenever he has a tantrum now.

But anyways, he’s definitely talking less than some family members with kids his age, but I feel like he’s learning? He knows his colors even though he pronounces them kinda funny.

Husband is dead set against speech therapy since he did not say a word until he was 3 and is doing just fine. I would like it but I’m a SAHM and think I can keep doing my own home schooling with him and teach him? He’s an only child, due with my second this October.
