I said yes so why do I feel like this? Please read in crisis

So a little backstory. I am 21 but very unexperienced with sex. I had sex once when I was 17 and that’s it. Well I met this guy on a dating app. We talked for a week or so and finally met. I told him multiple times that I didn’t want to have sex the first time meeting him including tonight. However I did shave everything and wore cute undies just in case I changed my mind. Well tonight the first time meeting him we were making out and he asked if I wanted to go to the bedroom. I said yes. We had protected sex and at one point he asked if I wanted to keep going. I said it’s up to you And he said he had to change his condom and I said okay but being so unexperienced I didn’t notice that he put it back in with out a condom. After a while he said I have to put the condom back on so I don’t cum inside you. A minute later I really wanted to stop I also wanted to stop a few times before this but didn’t say anything. I don’t know why but I felt like I couldn’t say something. He has been supper sweet and hasn’t given me a single reason to make me feel that way. A while later it was just hurting so bad bc iv only had sex once and I finally got the courage to say I need to stop and he finished about 2 minutes later and stopped. But I feel so very violated and I don’t know why. I left and cried the whole time home. Now I have to go bet a plan B bc I couldn’t tell he had put it in with out a condom after he already came in the other one until he told me after. I don’t know why I feel so violated I just got home and threw up. I feel so terrible and I have no idea why because I said yes and I said it was up to him if he wanted to keep going so I consented so why do I feel like this?! I never once felt this way the other tome I had sex.
