Having acne

Hey guys do any of you ladies have slightly moderate acne ? I tried washing my face with facial cleanser for sensitive skin and idk if it made me break out more or what and doesn’t it mean If you have acne the whole time your having a girl ? And also baby’s heartbeat was 160 the other day ! What do you guys think we’re having ? Also I’ve been having major hot flashes wb you guys !!! Aka we hopefully find out the gender of the baby on April 13th!!!!
