Any luck of getting pregnant when diagnose with premenopause??

Hi all

Does anyone know someone with a diagnose of primary ovarian insufficiency aka early menopause in their 41 end up getting pregnant?

I got my lab results back from my OB and my AMH is 0.03 and my estrogen Is low. She diagnosed me with pre menopause. A little bit devastating now bc We r trying for a second child after having 3 losses before our rainbow son who is 2.5 yo now.

Praying for a miracle but don’t know how much chances I will get.

Any advices pls?
