My pediatrician said 68-72F is the perfect temperature to keep the house! No need to bundle up too much, but listen to your munchkin, if they seem cold add some layers or a blanket and if they seem super warm take some layers away!

Yeah I agree that sounds like too much clothes for that temp. That’s about what I keep my house at constantly bc I hate cold. I’d do a short sleeve onesie and a sleep sack. 
Be careful not to let baby over heat.

I personally would say, not too cold, o would even wear less clothes.
Think of yourself. In that room, put the same amount clothes on, and see if you feel comfortable, if it is töö cold, add layers, if it is too hot, take them off.

71f is 22c here that's summer temperature and we would most likely be wearing shorts and t-shirt.
