Was he going to go see her?

So my ex and I have been talking lately to fix stuff between us so that we can get back together. Let’s first start off his problems are honesty and loyalty, back when we were dating I found out about this female he used to like that he was still communicating with. One day he told me he was doing shout outs for shout outs and he posted her on his page so I followed her.. about a week later I was blocked from her page. I confronted him of how suspicious it was and he still played victim like it was ok he told her to block me as well...this was like 8months ago. To continue he’s still friends with this girl.. ps he’s also kissed her after one of our break ups.. today is her birthday and he told me last night that he was going to (let’s call it) T for a “car meet” but he changed his mind and didn’t go, so I did some research and found out she was celebrating her birthday at T at the same time of night he was supposed to be leaving... also finding out that there was actually no car meet that night but the day after. ( i know the car meet page he likes to follow along with and I’m linked to their discord, also very local with car meets) could it be possible that he was going to go see this girl?

I feel like the reason he didn’t go see her was because she was already with a large group of people. But today he said he might be going to T tonight but he doesn’t know yet.
