Sleep Training (Sleep Wave)

How long did your sleep training method take? We’re on night three of the Sleep Wave and our son has been crying for over an hour - we go into the room and say the script every 5 minutes like it suggests, but he won’t stop crying. It feels so unnatural and it’s torture on my soul and my sanity. I’ve heard the third or fourth night of sleep training can be the worst.

How long did it take you to sleep train your baby and what’s the longest they cried? This feels so wrong.

Update: We’re on night 5 of the Sleep Wave method and things are improving. We can definitely tell that he is learning how to soothe himself. 🙌🏻
