Male infertility- is it curable??

Question

Do you think male infertility is curable?
My husband is 28 years old, have low count (less than 1mill), mobility, and morphology. 
The urologist recommended clomid but it made us nervous. 
We have already tried doing 2 rounds of ivf transfers and both have failed. We have 2 untested embryos left. 
Ivf obviously is a lot on a couple, emotionally and financially so I want to know if there is anything he/we can do or take to help us conceive naturally

It depends. My husband’s is 100% incurable. It sounds like they think there’s a chance for improvement with your husband, but no, you’re not likely to be able to conceive naturally with triple male factor. Morphology is tough on its own, let alone with low count. I’d keep at the IVF if you can. With morphology issues, I would have tested every embryo, but maybe try transferring both due to the other failures so you can move on to a PGT tested round if they don’t stick?

It completely depends on the diagnosis / reason for low count / if they respond to it. My sister's husbands first SA count came back below 1million, started clomid and a month later it was closer to 5 million I believe. He continued clomid for 3 months and she got pregnant the cycle before they were supposed to start IUI.

Try the Clomid, also look at adding coenzyme q10 (I did a lot of reading on this yesterday) and if you have it in your country, look at Prelox.
