Toddler formula for newborn?

I’ve been looking into a European standard goat milk formula to combo feed with that I can find in the US. So many people are pointing me to this formula and saying it’s okay to use from the start and it’s only labeled as toddler formula since there’s different FDA standards in each country but I’m still a bit nervous. Anyone have any experience using this formula for infants?

I would listen to the FDA and not random people.  Why the goat formula?  
If its because of a dairy allergy the protein in goats milk is very similar to cows milk so if its for an allergy it may not work. My kid started showing signs of a dairy allergy at 5 weeks.  She's about to be 6 and is super allergic still.  Anaphylactic.  
Maybe talk to the pediatrician if you have concerns and check if they have a suggestion. Pretty sure toddler formula does NOT have what a infant needs.

We have this brand that comes in infant formula where we live.  Could you try to find it through a different source?  I don’t think it’s a good idea to use the toddler formula.  Toddlers have different nutritional needs than infants.  
Also, for reference, we did try Kabrita for our son but we decided to go with and stick with Hipp Organic.  Nothing wrong with it and our son didn’t refuse.  It just eased my mind knowing that Hipp was more widely supplied in our area.
