I have no one to talk to please help!

I started bleeding at 3am on 29/3 and today at about 5pm it’s totally stopped. The blood was red and much heavier than spotting - this would be my 4th miscarriage but it’s not like any of the previous losses I have had. Previously the cramping pain has been awful, and needed painkillers, and I have passed big clots this time I have just passed blood. the bleeding has normally lasts 7-10 day in previous losses but this time it’s looking like it’s stopped?

What do I do?

I have cried foe the last two days and now I’m clueless ?!

I just need to know if anyone else has experienced this? Please help
