SCH at 7.5 weeks

Hi I’m almost 8 weeks. All of a sudden I have a large sch in the ultra sound. I did IVF. (Due November 2021) It was much larger than the baby. The baby has a heart beat and has doubled in size from last week....but the SCH is massive compared to the baby. I was put on complete bed rest for a week until dr sees me in 7 days. I’m also 38. Has anyone had this? What were the outcomes? Good or bad? My doctor was not happy and wasn’t sure if I will continue my pregnancy. Very upset. Oh also I have had cramping and very light brown spotting for almost 2 weeks. I’m very scared ladies. Thanks.
