Sleeping with my “cousin”

I’ve done it 4 times. And every time I feel absolutely gross. But I can’t stop. He’s my fathers brothers ex wife’s son. Which means we actually aren’t related. Today I woke up cuddled next to him and thought this is just like old time (when we were kids). Even though we’re not related by blood I feel it’s weird cause we grew up together. What would you do ? Stop ? Idk. I really like him ?? So confused. This started about 1 year ago at the age of 23.

We grew up real close like as it we were cousins. To clarify that’s my cousins half brother.
