I'm a tired momma

I'm posting this anonymously because I know some of you would bash me I just wanted to ask y'all how can I make my daughter not to cry everyday all day (maybe 30 mins break in between not crying) shes 2 and she does this everyday she just cry for no reason at all I asked her so many times what's wrong or why are you crying she just cry and just doesn't know why shes crying and she scream and yell at me all the time i do put her in time out when she does bad behavior but after I let her out in her timeout she just gonna di the same thing. I dont know what else to do I'm just really getting tired with all the crying yelling. And when she yells it will make your ear ring and headache. I just dont know what else to do everything I do I feel like it's not working 😭 I dony know what else to do.
