iud shifted?

TMI WARNING:

so I had sex last night w this girl and I randomly started bleeding while she was fingering me but then it got WAY worse and wouldn’t stop. The blood was literally pouring out and I had to sit in the bath til it calmed down but it genuinely looked like a crime scene. I got the kyleena IUD inserted in early January and I’m wondering if the iud might’ve shifted? I’m not bleeding anymore and I’m not on my period either/nor am I supposed to get it anytime soon, HOWEVER, I am having extremely bad abdominal pain/cramps.

Any idea on what could’ve caused this? I called the gynecologist and I’m waiting to hear back from them. I’m just super anxious.
