Can you wear headphones full blast with children asleep?

My friends and I are having a disagreement. Would you wear headphones blasting music, say while you’re cleaning or something, while your kids are in bed asleep. One of the children is under 1.

Should def never blast music in headphones, regardless of kids. That’s, no joke, a one way ticket to hearing loss.

Yes. Best time to clean is when kids are sleeping and music makes me clean better. Set-up a cam and check on baby frequently. Even think about dead parents - they spent without hearing.

Theres no reason. You can easily just clean and listen to music like normal, the child will still sleep. 
That's why so many kids wake up at the drop of a hat, sounds happen lol 
I work in a daycare and clean like normal. I move tables, sweep, walk around normal, not normal, move shelves to clean behind all during nap. Every single one my kids naps, they are use to it🤷‍♀️

I used to do it because my kids are 6 and 3. I also have transparency mode. I can hear my surroundings. But... my apartment used to be one floor. Now I have a duplex. I’d be scared they’d try to come down the stairs and fall or if the childproof gate is faulty. However, no one knows your children more than you. I know my kids generally don’t get into a lot of trouble. So I’m thinking of using my speakers instead. Loud enough that I can enjoy but not enough that I can’t hear what’s going on.

I wouldn’t because I couldn’t hear my child if something happened.  And because I like being able to hear and don’t want to damage my ear drums!
